We got our first Protein Chefs box and are so happy with it! The Protein Chefs team sent a holiday card which was very thoughtful. We love how the food was packaged and how delicious it is! Also love the vegan menu. Highly recommend!

The delivery was very quick and the meals arrived at my door in a box that kept them cool! This was so helpful! I’ve had two meals so far waffles and a pasta and both tasted pretty good!

Fresh Food

Probably the best health meal plan provider in GTA. Been trying their customized meal plan for over 2 months and have seen considerable results. Tastes amazing and great portion size! kudos to the team

Average food, really dry and lack of flavour. Convenient if you're looking for bland meals. Price is okay, but makes me question the "grass fed beef" "wild caught fish" with a price point at $12/meal.

Ronneil is very helpful, answered all my questions with the menu and accommodated my strict diet. I only eat keto meals and vegan meals, the fact that I've found a personal chef feel to my delivered meals has me in awe. It's so unbelievably fresh that it feels like a home style meal by a professional.

Protein Chefs has been a game changer especially when working from home. The customer service has been excellent and they are always so prompt and supportive in their responses. I have loved the meals and are much better than I am able to cook myself. I would recommend this service to anyone - really worth the price!
