These samosas were anything but simple, some of the best I've ever had. Pictured: lamb, tandoori chicken, and spiced veg. The lamb pairs best with coriander sauce, chicken with mango, and veg with tamarind sauce. The potato cheddar was flavourful too! Excellent service from the staff. Yes, some reviews say they're pricey but these aren't your average samosas. Def worth a try! We will be back soon
I love supporting local but the price is out of this world. The samosas are so tiny there is simply no value. I purchased the mixed veggies and potato cheddar. My main suggestion to the store is increase the size of the samosa and or charge different prices for different types.
Delicious and fresh! Friendly staff too. I tried the vegetarian Ten Vegetables, and the Curry vegetable samosas with the tamarind sauce. The samosas were as promised very mild, but flavourful! This was good for me as I can’t handle much spicy heat. The sauce was watery in consistency and light in flavour; I’m used to the thicker syrupy kind. Overall great! Will be back.
Samosas were fantastic, crispy exterior and great fillings, nothing like you’d expect at a restaurant. They’ll definitely doing one thing, and one thing right. I had to try every type and none of them disappointed. Staff we’re super friendly and retail space was clean and inviting. Hope they expand to other parts of Toronto. Need one of these in my neighbourhood.
The samosas were great!!! A variety of different fillings and the ones I tried were delicious. Well-seasoned with ample amount of filling. My favourite was the seasoned beef. The crust was perfectly fried golden, excellent texture and crisp. Staff are friendly and so hospitable. Definitely a neighbourhood go-to and I’ll be returning for sure.
Great staff and the samosas are super yummy! I bought four, and each was excellent. Super fresh!
The samosas are excellent and a welcome addition to the neighborhood. Very crispy outside with nice filling not complete mush like an average one you'd get. That being said, I do find the minimum price of 4 for $10 is a bit high. I'd consider that portion as a snack but the price is closer to an average take out meal. 4 for $6 would make more sense or 6 for $10 would make me get these more frequently.
Friendly staff. Very delicious food. But not delicious enough for it’s price. I had 4 samosas but still hungry. I suggest make the portion larger so it seems more worth it.
These samosas's are to dye for, so good and crispy the lamb and seasoned beef are my favourites. Staff are super friendly and you can pre order on their website!! Highly recommend
$2.50/samosa for the smallest samosa I’ve ever had is wild. Take a trip to little india or Mississauga for some real samosas with better flavour.
