Staff are always friendly and helpful. Good variety of items however, some things are a but pricey. Watch for deals :

If you truly want to feel like your business is valued, take the time and head over here. The staff always go above and beyond for you and they always make the time to provide you with the best experience every time. Both management and staff work out on the floor and you never have trouble finding someone for assistance. The store is well kept and well stocked and they're happy to order anything they don't have available.nnThere's nothing more to add, every one that works here should be proud of the job they're doing! If there was an example of excellent service, these guys should be it. Keep it up!

We had an appointment to order a garage package.. we discussed with the bigger gentleman behind the desk and he said he would gather Prices and call back.. 2 weeks later call him back “he forgot”.. do you know we never ever got a call back from this guy.. Kelly lake building supplies 22 Brady st.. took good care of us…

Staff need to know their products better or how to pass customers to people who do. Carrying stuff is one thing, knowing anything about it is another. Had a bad experience shopping for riding mowers. Very simple questions could not be answered in the 30 min I spent on the phone.

Called earlier in the day an employee told they are they only store in town to get your item the same day. I work at a different lumber yard closed on Sunday and we also have your order done that day in less then 2 hours. I needed a can of spray foam I sent my order via online because they don't phone orders we do. In the two hours I set the order for a single can of spray foam they did not have it ready and when I showed up I was the only car in the parking lot. I'm not doing some kind of supply store turf war but if you're gonna offer something you promote you should come through with it. It took as much time for the staff member to walk to my car from inside the store, as it would have to grab a spray can as he walked out of the store to my car to tell me the order is not ready.
