In store pick up of a 10hp electric motor. Staff was super friendly through entire experience even when I needed to phone for a mistake on my end. In store personnel was very friendly and quick to offer their services. Pick up was instantaneous and very pleasant the whole way through. Definitely recommend to any a everyone
I visited Princess Auto today, and have left very disappointed. I had to ask 4 members of staff to help me find the item I was looking for, and only 1 person took the time to walk me to the item and explain how it works etc. After bothering so many members of staff, I daren’t ask for extra help with the car batteries. If you’re unsure on your products, or of the layout of this store, please find another Princess Auto to visit.
Ok store, but had more hassle here than any other locations. Drove 1.5 hours from north bay and tried to return some products and no longer have a Mastercard. They would not return my money and told me it had to be a gift card. Well that's useless as I want my CASH back so I can buy groceries! Will come here for some returns but don't expect much customer service. Will be buying substantially less from the chain due to the hassles regarding unclear and not "royal" at all service. Barrie and Brantford returned to debit no questions asked. If you're driving by, go there instead of here!!!! I won't be shopping here anymore!!
Amazing customer service. I bought front and rear tube doors for my jeep. When I got home 2 hours away I realized the mounting hardware was missing from the front doors. A quick phone call and they opened another set and shipped them to me the same day. Great store to deal with.
Just came out of the Sudbury store. Had a difficult time with an apparently defective product. Their guy named Henry stopped what he was doing and spent a considerable amount of time helping me and getting everything working. I left happy and with a good working product. Thanks Henry.
The store was fully stocked on many items. Clean and organized. Lots of parking available.

Clean store and easy to move about. Quality of items are great with many items in stock. A great place to find that item that other merchants do not carry.
All kinds of things to find here and a mechanic or do it yourselfer kinda place to go! Prices are competitive and reasonable and the surplus section is fun to go through when you just want to brouse, you never know what you'll find in there!
I feel compelled to write this review after seeing some negative feedback posted recently. Eric took a phone call from me on a Sunday, and took my information down to place a curbside order since this was for non-essential items. Joanne called me back to confirm the items were in stock, and take payment information. The process went exceptionally smooth. When there was a minor price diescrepancy, it was quickly and easily rectified. Honestly a very pleasant shopping experience! I take customer service very seriously and this store and all its patrons exceeded my expectations.
