Bought 4 bundles of premium shingles for cottage shed, upon opening the last bundle I discover an inferior shingle different color....just can't depend on anyone...my advise check every bundle yourself.

15% restock fee? Maybe tell your customers that tiny detail when you tell them. "Better to get too much then not enough, and just bring back the unopened or unused" I guess that's a part of the policy eh
Went in with a single shingle that came off my roof. Was quickly seen by a knowledgeable employee who not only matched my shingle within seconds but also gave me a breakdown on how to properly replace the shingle. 100% will go here for any roofing needs in the future.

Used to be a lot better but they have what you need and they're friendly and courteous.
Done calling here they can not beat box store prices on anything and do not work with their long time customers simply put expensive for no reason ...as well they cant answer phones apparently ....
