Canadian Tire

They don't carry very much stock of anything and the variety sucks. They also can't seem to update their hours of operation. Checked google and it said the store was open for family day. Came out hoping to buy a hockey net for my kids only to find the store closed. As i sit here typing this, there is plenty of traffic coming in obviously thinking the same thing as they stop in front of the door to check the hours posted on the door. This store is a disappointment across the board

Not a large retail store. Limited in space for inventory of sale items, etc. Staff is pretty good though!

If I could put 0 stars I would. Terrible auto service. Charged me euxtra for b.s reasons, lost my lug nut key and wont admit to it and wont even work with me on a solution. I would never take my vehicle in to these crooks. Beware using their service

Wouldn't let me return brand new wood splitter that was faulty right out of the box. Said I had to send it for repairs. Total BS

Unfortunately sales item from this week's flyer was not respected... took two items to cash. Was not charged the sale price - was charged full price. Went back and took a picture of the sale price tag on the shelf. Sales clerk went to the shelf and brought back the wrong tag to the customer service desk... and then said that was the only sales tag on the shelf... so.... in the space of a few minutes the sales tag that I photographed disappeared? Very disapointed in the customer service. The point I was trying to make before this nonsense was - they should not place items not on sale on the shelf with an on sale tag. Checked online and the item is definitely on sale. I'll stick with Canadian Tire in Chelmsford.
