Used to love coming here but every time I go now usually after a long work day I get approached by salesman asking me to register for the credit card and will NOT take no for an answer and have even followed me as I shop. I support the store by buying merchandise, and just don’t need a new card, isn’t that enough? I understand they’re doing their job, but it’s getting exhausting when I just want to pop in to pick something up quickly. Hope they stop with the high pressure sales and instead maybe just ask if you’d like to sign up at the cash instead of following you in the aisles and forcing a pamphlet in your hand after you’ve said no three times in a row.
Love the whole Christmas displays throughout the store. Clean, organized however still a bit pricey but I was able to get what O wanted on sale. Staff were all very friendly and helpful
Love this place as always. However, the last time I went, I had 3 credit card salesman come up to me and ask about getting a Canadian Credit card. I understand they are just doing their job but one lady would not take no as an answer and I felt as if I was getting harassed for about 10 mins. Eventually I had to say I won't take a credit card leave me alone. Everytime I go, the credit card salesman keep getting more and more aggressive and it's making me want to stop coming here.
It’s a really nice and huge Canadian Tire store it is super clean and organized. This used to be Target a couple of years ago before it closed in Canada. Best thing about it it doesn’t smell like tires as all other Canadian tires as the auto centre is a separate building. I bought my garden plants and seeds there two years ago and visit it occasionally. I recommend that place. The 3 not 5 stars is for the bad customer service experience I had the first time I went there and was trying to return my son’s cleats that we got from the South End Canadian Tire. The lady was very disrespectful to me and I was there with my two young sons and called a manager who wasn’t any nicer. The cleats were unworn and bought just the night before. They wanted to check my ID. Long story short ... it is a nice place I just got unlucky that day!!! Also the washrooms are very clean. There is a huge parking lot and accessible entrance and exit. I hope you find my review helpful. I love the self checkout
It was my first time coming here, and the experience was great. Got myself a MASTERCRAFT impact wrench and some additional tools. In particular, Dani the supervisor assited in helping me understand the policies and tools, amd she was very good at it too. Kudos to the team!!!
