Joyce was an absolute dream in helping us choose our new mattress. She took such time and care helping us and we were so pleased to find the perfect one and it was in stock! Went to the Sherwood Park location and Joyce was amazing and so knowledgeable. Had my new mattress for 2 months now and all my hip pain is gone. Definitely spend the time to do a Beducation. My mornings are pain free now.

Excellent product knowledge and exceptional customer service. Joyce helped us pick out the perfect mattress, letting us take our time and never pressuring us. Then, when our original purchase didn’t work out who knew that the king size we bought 23 years ago would, just, fit down the stairs but the new one wouldn’t fit up them‍, she went out of her way to help us sort out a different solution and even offered to go into Edmonton on her day off to pick up the bed frame we needed. Would recommend this store to anyone in need of a new bed/mattress/pillow.
