Great service. Call first a few hour ahead of time and it's ready there to pick up everytime. Couldn't get much better then that.

Went on a Wednesday afternoon with a picture from Pinterest! Found multiple staff more than willing to help me find what I needed. Yard guys were beyond amazing about getting me just the right posts for my project (even did some digging).

The few staff who work here are friendly and helpful. However, the store is chronically understaffed. The shelves are disorganized, selection is poor, and the prices are not competitive. The only reason to go is that it is the only South End hardware store.

I Love going to this Rona, the staff are so friendly and helpful if you need their help and the product selection is really good

Horrendous service. Waited in line for 15 minutes as the cashiers dealt with a single customer/contractor. Nobody took the time to even say, "this may take a moment." Ended up walking out and not purchasing our items. Will not be returning and would never recommend this shop to others as the service has been equally poor in the past.
