Anna was absolutely amazing in assisting me with my recent purchase from Scan Designs. Her product knowledge and compassion/understanding when the product/colour I wanted was not available was truly outstanding. Anna took the time and showed me a multitude of options. Once I had chosen the pieces, Anna ensured that delivery would co-ordinate with the renovations seamlessly. Super impressed with the level of service and quality of the furniture. Good range of high quality and specialty furniture. Salesman very knowledgeable and spent plenty of time explaining the different aspects of the items we were looking at. No pressure, just excellent professional assistance. Very good Western Canadian company who know their products well. Excellent source of comfortable quality furniture.

Horrible customer service experience. Will never spend a penny in their store again. Spent over 4500 on a bedroom set and lounge chairs, product was shipped damaged and smells like it was stuck in a shipping container for years . They wouldn't return my money nor compensate for the damage to the chairs or headboard. Buyers be aware!!
In these tough times, dealing with Covid and long wait times. My mom's place got flooded, we ordered a love seat from Scan Designs. They came through for us. Thank you very much Brad Camp and Carol Camp

Worst customer service. Ordered furniture online at the price shown, ordered processed as confirmed in email to have store manager cancel order and refund cc payment as shown in second email to have store call and say they made a price error on website. Would not honour mistake stating they can change the pricing at anytime as stated in terms and agreements. Would not recommend purchasing anything from NAnaimo location or even speaking with the manager. Manager questioned motives to purchasing item due to sale price.
I would like to convey my appreciation and top marks for the organization for and service of my some 12 year old Stressless recliner. Paul in management, his support staff in the office and in technical support Vince and his colleagues have all been courteous and professional. The new core, auxiliary fittings and the leather all fitted and refurbished in a matter of hours, brilliant. Another 12 years for sure. Very happy! Highly recommended! G.
We got our sectional today. The order was placed on early November. Although the delivery time was postponed but they gave us a discount and a three seat sofa for this period. I like the quality so far... Also delivery guys were so nice and friendly. Thank you Scan Design!
