Just happen to be driving by the other morning and saw the 20% off everything in store sign so I decided to stop by and take a look through the store. I was the only one in the entire store customer wise. Three young gentlemen behind the counter just gossiping away as usual, so I wander through a few isles which are just completely full of clutter absolutely no professionalism at organizing products. There was a couple of substantially expensive Milwaukee power tools I was looking at purchasing. Not one of the three gentlemen offered any help, until one was walking to the back and I stopped him asking if he had the tool I was looking for. He looked at their display for all of maybe 15 seconds and says to me sorry bro I don’t see it so we don’t have it and continued to walk away with zero interest in offering further help. At this point I was in disbelief and walked out of the store. I’m a carpenter thats been shopping in this store for 15 years and I definitely will not be back. Might want to start acting a little more professional with the brand new KMS tool in town that I’ll be shopping at from now on.
I love this store its been years its always been there friendly guys family I think good prices I've never once had a problem with a purchase or a problem finding help for my next diy project.
Not a bad place as far as stock but the staff was not very helpful. These days customer service is of paramount importance.
Best tarp selection, oh so knowledgable about tarps and tying then down. You must see this store to appreciate what offers. Tools for kitchen, laundry room, plus all the regular manifestations tools take on.
They have knowledgeable staff and a wide, deep selection of tools and brands.
After dealing with them for 4 years. This place is trash. We would do way more business with them if they gave an ounce of care. Owner is rude. They carry ROK which suits them well.
Hands down best tool store in town. Very helpful and kind. They helped my dad pick the best tools, explained alternatives and gave him two t-shirts as a gift. They went the extra mile in providing the best service. My dad also found tools that he couldn’t find in bigger stores. Definitely recommend them and the midland store next door!
Good selection of items. Reasonable prices. Courteous, helpful staff. Two stores in one spot. Smaller store has a great stock of tarps.
