We recently purchased a queen bed frame and had it delivered and built for us. We were on a budget so we purchased the simple Nippon bed frame, and we are happy with it. It has a nice simple look and is quite sturdy. The delivery and building of the bed was quick and went smoothly. The lady who helped us at the store was very nice and was happy to help us even though we showed up at the store quite late.

John and the team have been there for me for so many big moments in life including an emergency bed repair, damage that was done by accident by me, right before I was due to have a home birth. We did a lot of looking and found that John's had the best quality products at great prices. Store staff were helpful and low pressure. The alder Kristal bed was perfect for us. Staff estimated delivery would be about 8 weeks and they were right on the money. The bed was delivered today by a professional and efficient team who used great Covid precautions. The quality of the finished product is second to none and we will recommend John's Bedroom Barn to everyone.

My husband and I went to the store 2 days ago to buy additional good quality foam for our senior dog's bed. As we have purchased several foam products in tge past, they have been helpful with sizing it properly. We brought in the cleaned bed and foam we have purchased previously to purchase additional foam to put in the bed there were no signs on the door re. products coming into the store. We entered and a sales lady instructed us to go to the back of the store to meet someone. We walked back and were rudely met by a man telling us to leave the store. "You cant bring this in here". I tried to ask him a question and he cut me off. He said "Doesnt matter, we don't deal with second hand foam! Because of this we won't be back! There is a way to respectfully speak to someone.

We visited John's Bedroom Barn in search of a reasonably-priced, high-quality, solid wood dresser for our baby's nursery. We visited the store twice and were very pleased with the customer service both times. The people we dealt with were friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. We ordered a dresser on December 27th, but after beginning to arrange things in the nursery we realized that the dresser we ordered would not fit. We went back to the store today to check and see whether it was too late to change to a slightly smaller dresser, assuming that it would be, and willing to make do with what we had ordered if that was the case. Amazingly, they were able to change the order for us. We are VERY impressed and pleased by their willingness to help us, especially given that we were the ones who had made a mistake! We will definitely purchase bedroom furniture from them again in the future. Fantastic local business!

One of the many reasons to shop local is better service. I was delivered the wrong size mattress for a spare bedroom. We finally finished the project and realized the mistake, but not until 6 months after delivery and after the produced had been lightly used. With no hassle, John and folks replaced my mattress with the correct size. Thank you.

Furniture is stunning. Boys got it in the house without marking up the walls. Put it together and took all the packaging away. Amazing service!

I went in with a sticky problem - I needed a touch of their special glue for adhering foam to foam. The guys were accommodating and friendly - made me feel at ease immediately. Great service, great people!
