This is newly renovated and is well worth the price especially for this area. The hotel was very quiet and the front desk staff was helpful. They get 4 stars because there is no elevator which did not impact my stay (but I know this may bother some), the breakfast selection was a little scant, and the check-in process can be a bit slow because they still do everything by hand. None of these cons bothered me whatsoever but I thought they are worth mentioning. Overall the place is great and located close to lots of things to do in New Paltz!

Great place.  Clean room.  Continental breakfast.  Great price!!!  Will stay here again if I'm in the area.

For $77 it doesn't get much better than this. Really clean...big rooms with a closet and a desk and a recliner chair. Nice digital tv too. Right off of the NY Thruway.

For the price it's a great place. Very clean, comfortable beds, great location. Not upscale but that's okay, 99 bucks on a Friday night is a great deal here!
