The food is very good here I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger and it was very good. The pub was very noisy but service was good.

I placed an order on DoorDash surprised my mom with lunch and it was made/delivered quick! My mom thoroughly enjoyed her Cali BLT and generous portion of fries that came with it. If you want a tasty quality BLT this is the place to go, pics don’t lie!

We had a lovely lunch at Rod and Gun! The fact that people start pouring in as soon as they open is a testament to the great food and atmosphere. After checking out the car show in Parksville, we headed to Rod and Gun, arriving a bit early and waiting for 15 minutes until their 12 noon opening. But the wait was well worth it! I devoured their BBQ burger from the special menu - a rare feat for me, as I usually can't finish a whole burger. My boyfriend's pulled pork mac and cheese was, as always, a winner. Our friends enjoyed their beef tacos, particularly the coleslaw, which added a refreshing twist. We appreciated the dog-friendly patio, where our friend's dog Gracie relaxed with a bucket of water courtesy of our kind server. Overall, it was an amazing experience, with top-notch food and service. We'll definitely be back and highly recommend!

Very lively pub. Ice hockey on 6 tv's. Cesar salad 9/10. Wings 3/10 too much sauce. Beer from craft locals. Very good.
