The rooms are really nice. The view is spectacular. I love that there was an indoor pool which is very important when you have kids.  
My daughter and I went to the spa for pedicures and the lady who did our service and the manager were super nice. We had a very good experience. 
My only thought is I wish the hotel and spa were not so expensive and I wished we could have brought our dog.

The front desk Staff really stood out, they were incredibly pleasant, with genuine smiles at all hours. The suite was large, beautifully appointed and extremely comfortable. The staff were wonderful with my elderly parents and made them very comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was very good, the wait staff - terrific. Overall a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone.

I would give the highest rating if the restaurant and Spa was actually good. The restaurant is wayy over priced for fast food like quality, but the servers were friendly. The Spa is very mediocre, wouldn't waste my money there again. The gym was a little small but still good for a quick workout. Pool was nice, they had life jackets for kids which was good. Besides that, the hotel itself was very clean, visually. The size of our suite was perfect. Good guest services that dealt with issues promptly and spectacular views of the ocean. I would visit again in the future.

Amazing ocean views. Friendly staff. Great price with BC Ferries promotion. Definitely will return. Looking forward to upgrading to a one room suite next time. Better suited for families with young kids. Access to beach is the best.

Well equipped kitchen, basic hotel room amenities.

Bit surprised to hear that housekeeping is gone after 5pm and no turn down service available to help with sofa bed. Also a notice said full clean Of room can be requested at a few which makes me wonder what level Of cleaning was done before. However the daily quick cleanup was great and refill laundry detergent and dishwashing pods.
