Story

Pita bread is traditional Middle Eastern bread eaten with every dish at every meal. The Rocky Mountain Pita Bakery serves corporate stores, as well as restaurants and homes. Since its inception in 2011, the Bakery has been making pita a staple for many diverse stores, restaurants and households in the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley.

The Bakery maintains tradition at the forefront of its ideals, reaching out to many communities in and around Surrey. The Rocky Mountain Bakery has brought people together and has helped others to help themselves. Family, friendships, and food has knitted together the strong tapestry of clients and bakers.

The employees at the Rocky Mountain Pita Bakery have been keeping their nose to the millstone. Their innovative wish list continues to grow: They are hoping to incorporate flaxseed into their products in order to provide more healthy alternatives. The Bakery is also working towards going organic. Some things never change however, and the Bakery will remain devoted to making the products that its communities desire.
