It was my first time to order a custom cake by your boutique as I custom make cakes myself, due to time crunch I found your sweet shop online and decided to stop by...and was glad I did! My son and guests loved the xbox cake inside and out! Thank you for suggesting the flavor, it was delicious and moist. Thank you again for making a memorable cake for my son!

I'm from Toronto and I made a last minute cake order for a friend's birthday who lives in Vancouver and I wanted it delivered the very next day. I knew it was super last minute and had a lot of requests, phone calls, and questions for them to deal with. Usually any other person would've been annoyed but their customer service was exceptional. I talked to all three sisters and all of them were so nice and always willing to go above and beyond my expectations. They even added a card to the cake as well as sending me pictures of the final product and updates to when the cake was delivered. Also, my friend texted me to let me know how delicious and moist the cake was and how her entire family loved it. Even though I'm from Toronto and can't physically go to their boutique, I just wanted to leave a review about my experience and hopefully one day meet this wonderful family whenever I visit my friend in Vancouver. Thanks again for all your work!

Ordered a 80$ cake for my daughters birthday. (Overpriced) First it was blue instead of pink. And The quality was below average. I can't say much for the taste either. This is the children's opinions of the cake you don't want to know what the adults said. I even put a deposit for my sons cake for his birthday a week later with a non refundable deposit and I went elsewhere. To be honest I went to save on for 24$ and got a beautiful moist delicious cake! It also had the excact design I asked for!! I see why the deposits are non refundable. What a waste of money and a disappointment for the kids and my baby girl :( she wanted a pink cake

Love this place. Staff are very friendly. They make absolutley delicious cupcakes and single slice cheesecakes. I spoil my wife by picking up treats on my way home.

Oh So Sweet Sugar Boutique is awesome, awesome, awesome! A+ Customer Service A+ Selection of Products/Taste A+ Going Above and Beyond I needed something to be delivered in a pinch. Literally, I gave them no time at all to put together a last-minute ordered. They delivered!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
