My favorite little park on the lower west side of the mitten. I love how it's never crowded, it's big and plenty of places to walk, and the view of Lake Michigan is always beautiful. I've hiked 5-6 miles down the beach going north and we've seen some amazing little structures on the beach. What I enjoy most about this park is all the rocks! There's something meditative about stopping to pick up rocks glistening in the sun. It will make you feel like a kid again and appreciate the present moment of simplicity.

Since they made the chamges to the park ita a very nice area to visit and easily accessable.  Has parking tables and benches for seating.  Great view from th parking lot too!

This is a small out-of-the-way Park that is very nice. However the downside is parking is limited to around 25 cars and the bathrooms look nice from the outside, on the inside they are at houses from 1800s
