Rockaberry

Despite the beautiful interior and excellent tasting pies, this Rockaberry has some work to do! Every time we go, they never have certain pies that are on the menu. It is realistic to expect there may be some items that have sold out. However, each time we go, we are limited to only half the pies on the menu (at the so called "famous pies" franchise). We were also often forgotten about by the waiter/waitress and kept having to get his/her attention.

Honestly when thinking about going out for a meal, rockaberry does not cross my mind. After our dinner plans did not work out in the area we decided to head over there after my friend suggested it, I was pleasantly surprised. Very comfortable cozy atmosphere, the menu is limited, but surprisingly the food was delicious! And so was the beer LOL. Finish it off with a nice piece of pie. What is a great environment for a bunch of friends to catch up and have a nice conversation while enjoying a healthy meal choice. We definitely go there again was very clean, waitresses were extremely polite and kind.

Food was OK. Filthy uniforms full of cat hair made for questionable experience. Cleanliness in front of store questions the cleanliness of back of store.

Great staff, didn't have the drink I ordered on the menu but they went above and beyond to look up how to make it and made it for me. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Love their Key Lime pie. BUT... every time we go there. We're told they don't have anymore. (5 times out of 6). The 1 time they actually had the Key Lime pie, we purchased a whole pie out of fear of them running out again. We sat down to eat one of the pieces before going to the movies and we were asked to leave because you can't buy a whole pie and eat it there. (We get that because of the taxes not charged on a whole pie). But, the attitude of the person telling you makes all the difference. We went back last night to buy some again. Guess what? "We don't have anymore". If you had any brains. You would realize that you're ALWAYS running out. And therefore purchase more. Oh and guess what? You would actually make more money by having that extra pie to sell! Last night was the last straw. No Key Lime pie again. I am blacklisting Rockaberry forever!!!
