McDonald's

We only ordered a small coffee and it took 7 minutes to come. It wasn’t crowded at all and they still took that long. The employees weren’t wearing their hair nets correctly, and they were taking their sweet sweet time doing everything super slow. It was very slippery outside on the steps.

There was hair in my poutine , I went at 2am to get poutine , i also work at a fast food place and everyone needs to respect the dress code as it comes with a hair net , this is why it’s necessary I don’t get how there was hair in there

My mom had a wonderful experience at this mcdonalds. She had parked far near the bank, and ordered a lot of coffees and a box of muffins. Her hands were really full and The manager offered to help her to the car. She said it's ok because she parked far but they insisted! She was so grateful and appreciative thank you! The muffins were delicious and fresh and the coffee was great

Lady was rude, we ordered a sausage McMuffin and the lady said it was only for breakfast. They literally have 24 hour breakfast. Plus if we order Uber Eats or pick up all the breakfast options are available, which is what I did, I ordered pick up instead and 2 min later drove through the drive through and got my McMuffin. Just do your job it’s not that hard.

Having been to over 100 McDonald's restaurants throughout Canada and the US, I feel like I know what a good McDonald's entails. I'll start with the waiting times. We ordered at 13:04 and only received our food a little over 45 minutes later. Some customers were livid so we didn't complain. The staff and manager were dealing with several angry customers. I would like to say that the food was worth the wait but I'd be lying. The egg McMuffin was old and the fries tasted like cardboard. The kids didn't complain about their poutines but didn't finish them as they usually do. We went to get some ketchup to drown the taste of the awful fries, but there were NO paper containers. Please see the pics... No straws, no ketchup containers, no salt/pepper/vinegar. The area near the fountain drinks was so incredibly dirty! As was the entire restaurant! I'm also wondering if this is a separate franchise and not a part of the McDonald's chain. It should be shut down as it's seriously beyond disgusting. I should mention that the pancakes were ok but I couldn't enjoy them as I was so grossed out.
