McDonald's

Having been to over 100 McDonald's restaurants throughout Canada and the US, I feel like I know what a good McDonald's entails. I'll start with the waiting times. We ordered at 13:04 and only received our food a little over 45 minutes later. Some customers were livid so we didn't complain. The staff and manager were dealing with several angry customers. I would like to say that the food was worth the wait but I'd be lying. The egg McMuffin was old and the fries tasted like cardboard. The kids didn't complain about their poutines but didn't finish them as they usually do. We went to get some ketchup to drown the taste of the awful fries, but there were NO paper containers. Please see the pics... No straws, no ketchup containers, no salt/pepper/vinegar. The area near the fountain drinks was so incredibly dirty! As was the entire restaurant! I'm also wondering if this is a separate franchise and not a part of the McDonald's chain. It should be shut down as it's seriously beyond disgusting. I should mention that the pancakes were ok but I couldn't enjoy them as I was so grossed out.

This is the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at. I live nearby but I will never buy anything from here. I will go to Kirkland

Their food quality is so low, I got iced coffee and I don’t know what black thing it had in their and has such a terrible taste to it. Always something wrong with the order.

This location does not always offer the quickest service, or best food, BUT the employee called Mathieu always makes up for it with his awesome customer service. Truly genuine guy, always happy and making sure the experience at the pickup window is excellent. He deserves a 5 stars and more!

Typical mcdonalds experience. We did not have to wait a long time. It took us 5 minutes to get our order and the mcdonalds was clean. The taste was good. Guy gave my son free toy as well
