A quintessential Quebec chicken restaurant. Nicely decorated with both a dining room a bar with fireplace. Portions are generous and the food is tasty. Service is quick and friendly. Reasonably priced for what you get. Conveniently located in a shopping mall with plenty of parking.

The place is clean and orderly. Few families were there at about 2 PM. Between 11 and 15 you could take advantage of their lunch special soup or desert, main meal, and a soda. They have a child menu. The restaurant is wheel chair accessible. Service was just meh. The waitress was nice but was mostly absent. Had to flag her few times to get water and the bill. At first, we found a hair on the edges of a plate. At first, we shrugged it as it if was from my child. When she came back for the water, I saw the waitress hair fall onto the table. Food took sometime to get get The table. Minimum time you expect to pass here eating is about an hour.

It's St-Hubert, so expect that same food as any other St-Hubert. A little expensive for the quality you get, but it's a Quebec classic to to eat there. I put three stars as your experience really depends on the staff. We have had moments where service was impeccable and great and come back the next week at the same time, but this time, the waiter made us wait and our experience wasn't up to par. Overall, we have had better experiences than bad at this place, but I can't give it 5 stars as there are much better restaurants with better food to find. Compared to other restaurants: 3 stars. Compared to other St-Huberts, 4 stars. Got to love their sugar pie though!

Food wasnt good, wait times were around 20 minutes and we had to chase the server to get the bill.
Size of the wings were pretty small too, really not wat I was hoping for.
