Starbucks

The drink was great, but that’s about it. The location is clean and convenient, but the service really brings the experience down. This is my third visit in two years, and it’s always the same — slow, unmotivated service even when there’s no line. It took a few minutes just to be acknowledged, then another 5 minutes to get a simple latte. Staff are courteous, but seem disengaged. Very surprising for a Starbucks.

Service was absolutely amazing. I went in because another Starbucks made my drink wrong and I went to this Starbucks to ask if they can fix it with my card ready to pay for whatever they were going to charge me. The barista said he will just remake the whole drink with the right modifications for free. With in seconds I got my right drink ready on the counter. The whole time they were happy and smiley with the best attitude. God bless them all

Check your drinks before leaving this establishment. Asked for a DRAGONFRUIT drink and received strawberries instead. Safe to say I will never come back here.

Service is always excellent, I have stopped going to Tim Hortons due to the bad service and quality of their foods and coffee, decided to try Starbucks and I am not disappointed, staff is always courteous and polite, quality of drinks are amazing and we understand what the staff is saying, never had to repeat my orders and NEVER had to change them either. Highly recommended.

I am terrible with names but I think her name was Erin? Thursday November 20th 7:00pmnnAll I have to say is WOW! Love the energy, love the attitude! She truly made our experience fun and uplifting! We asked for a surprise drink and all I have to say is that she delivered! It was perfectly what we were craving haha:
