Roasted Pub and Eatery

It's right downtown DL and looks really cool both inside and out. It's just not super comfortable, atmosphere is lacking. Glad the music wasn't blaring at least but the tables are just slightly awkward. There was 2 people waiting on everyone, it was busy, they did a good job but just no personality and not very sociable, incredibly quiet actually which is just odd for that to be your job. Service was slow because it was busy. The food was fantastic. Excellent pizza choices and we had bruschetta which was really good too. Expensive tho, wow! 90$ with tip for the 2 of us. It was also pretty drafty and cold even sitting right across from the pizza oven area. Not sure we'd go back, but the pizza was really good. I had the Greek and my husband had the general tso.

Stumbled onto this place when our usual lunch joint was closed. 10/10 fantastic food with real flavor, excellent service! Our waitress Destiny was very helpful and upbeat making the experience that much better. The employees seem to enjoy working here and the atmosphere is perfect for date night or lunch. We will definitely be returning!!

Really enjoyed our evening at Roasted. Pizza was delicious and great happy hour drinks. Good atmosphere and staff very friendly. Highly recommend.

My wife wanted me taste the spinach dip with bread she had when visiting with my daughter. We also ordered the beer cheese dip. They were both fantastic! Once we ran out of bread, they gladly brought us more. Though we live in town, it was the first time I had been there. It was a really nice environment and I loved the decor. The staff was very polite and we were there during a slower time. We enjoyed these appetizers half price due to the time we were there. We definitely intend to return try the other dips too!

We were so impressed with the cooks, servers, and the bartender. We got to see how they worked upfront at the bar by the kitchen. They were going at a steady pace, nonstop.The guy that made and cooked the pizzas and everything that went into the fire never stopped, the other cook doing sandwiches would jump in and help him out for a second. No worries. The bartendernder and server helped each other right away. I have never seen such a professional group at a sports bar or restaurant ever. Never heard any whinning, complaining, or bitching. That is a first! It was very comfortable there and the bartender even though he was constantly busy kept checking on us. This is our new pizza place. Thank you Terry and staff!!
