Papa Murphy's Take 'N' Bake Pizza

We always love a good Papa Murphy's pizza but I am finally writing a review for them because today I stopped in and requested a salad and asked if it could be made fresh without the deli meat on it because my wife needs to steer clear of deli meat being pregnant. They said no problem and even asked if I wanted to substitute something instead of the meat. Also verified that bacon was ok to still have in the salad. Very impressed with their speedy and attentive service. Great Job Papa Murphy's Team!

Nobody seems to know what they’re doing in there without direction from the manager. 8-10 kids behind the counter without a clue on their actual job. The pizza hasn’t ever been wrapped with plastic correctly and is half off by the time we get home. We’ve been skipping this place.

Usually we really like getting pizzas from Papa Murphy's in Detroit Lakes, they typically have really good food and great service. However, the last time we ordered, we found both a hair and a rock in our pizza! I called to let the manager know, the night supervisor said he would inform the Manager and that they would call back to resolve the issue. I still haven't heard back from anyone on this issue. @ papa murphys- are you going to call me back? Is anyone going to apologise for almost breaking my wife's tooth? And, How in the world did a rock make it into our dinner? I left my number with your night shift supervisor, are you planning on touching base with me and resolving this issue? If this was my business I would have contacted the customer the following day, but, maybe I am just a little more involved in the businesses I own and operate.
