Small town greasy spoon with kind service staff who were running the whole time we were in. I think they could use more staff. The food was very mediocre. The omelet had a slab of partially melted American cheese for the ham and cheese omelet. The portions are generous and prices are fair. There is still a no credit card policy and you aren't allowed to share. Overall this place was fine in a pinch

I really enjoy stopping here for breakfast. They have a friendly staff, and I always need a togo box as they serve you ample servings of good food. Be prepared to pay with cash as they don't take credit cards. That's never been a problem for me as I rarely use credit cards to pay at restaurants.

The food was good, no where did they have posted that they only took cash. Not on the door or menu. Never said anything when we sat down. I asked the waitress about it and she said it wasn't posted any where, that they only take cash. I had to walk to the bank in the freezing ass cold to get cash. Should have it posted!

I had a hair in my food. The food wasn't even that good. They don't accept credit/debit cards but they don't tell you until your finished eating. I thought that was rude. They should put a sign on the door before you come in saying cash or check only. I won't be coming back and don't recommend. Plus they need to have fly traps - too many flies flying around.

To be completely honest, I will never come back here again. I mean the food was so so. But definitely overpriced. And then this problem was compounded by the fact that the owner's too cheap to accept credit cards, so instead of adding an extra $0.50 to cover the processing fee, they have you run down to the bank and I end up getting knocked $5.50 in Bank fees to pull out cash in order to pay for my food. And if the waitress wasn't so nice and sweet and I wasn't afraid of her having to pay for my breakfast, I probably would have just left without paying at that point. But I wanted to make sure I came back and gave the waitress a tip cuz she earned it.
