Caribou Coffee

This place is absolutely disgusting. It looks like the floors haven’t been cleaned for months. Trash can inside overflowing with trash spread about the floor. Looks like the vacuum broke months ago. Pools of water or coffee on the floor in the walkway. Melted drinks with condensation running down strewn about the order pickup counter. Coffee filters sitting next to the bucket which looks like it had a toilet brush in it… piled on an ice bin stored in the hallway. Display case for baked goods with crumbs and crud all over. Door to bathroom looks like never been wiped clean. Bathroom… disgusting.

Caribou in Detroit Lakes does a great job especially over WeFest weekend. They had 14 employees working, they were fast, and customer service was great!

Waited 10 minutes for a chai tea after ordering inside the store, ended up late for work, never did get to taste the drink, had to leave. Apparently, the drive-thru is more important. If you want service try to drive through?

I love Caribou for their Chai Tea latte’s. I also love their food selection. The atmosphere is comfortable and a nice place to work or meet friends.

Not sure if the previous review is accurate. My wife and I went in to get some coffee for us and our friends. The workers were very friendly for being short staffed, did a great job handing all the customers. The bathroom was not very tidy, but not dirty! I think some people expect places to be perfect all the time, but that's not how it works!
