A very inclusive and good vibes atmosphere,nSteve and his team July 5 2026 were amazing. Most optimal customer service I have experienced in the hospitality industry during a large event in a long time !!!nWe had someone with autism attend and his accommodations were well taken care of. Good communication and collaboration goes a long way to ensure that everyone has an opportunity to enjoy a great time,nRiversides was the perfect example of this follow through. After my experience at riverside I understand and agree with the other reviews discussing the attitude of the bouncers towards patrons. When I got to the door they informed me there was a dress code which I did not see online and proceeded to roast my outfit before letting me in which btw many other people were dressed EXACTLY like I was once I got inside. Furthermore the bouncers can overreact, where one of them started touching me because I was getting close to the backside which was closed I never made any attempt to go there, it was simply the one corner where there was space to stand because the floor was too packed to move. This bouncer was young and seemed inexperienced but generally between the roasts, being mean mugged by the bouncers and the over-corrections the owners should be aware that their bouncers will eventually be a cause of fights at their bar.nnAddtitionally, I would have spent more money here but it was so packed I couldn't get to the bar to even order. I don't know why they didn't open up the backside to allow for more movement and people to be less cramped in the space. I would urge the staff to check the regulations for the capacity of their venue as people got literally STUCK in the crowd and could not move.
0 stars if I could.nnBooked a reservation 4 DAYS in advance for my 26th birthday. Called the day of to confirm, they assured me everything was good. We showed up, ready to celebrate… only to be told our table had been given to walk-ins.nnAnd we weren't alone. About 5 other parties were standing there with the exact same story.nnNo apology, no attempt to make it right, just a shrug and a ruined birthday for six different groups.nnDO NOT RECOMMENT
We went with a group of friends to celebrate my friend’s birthday and I absolutely loved the decoration, the festive ambiance, the DJ, and the amazing music! I would definitely love to come back again.
I came here for a friend's birthday, the staff was alright, but they said we needed reservations to sit, or if someone with reservations comes we would have to move.nBathrooms are shared. Music is loud. But I arrived early and got parking. Seems like a hip place for 30 yr olds. The atmosphere minus the music was really cool. Picnic tables to sit. Good cocktails.
