Overall: great food and wine, looooong wait.nnWe went around 7:30 on a busy Friday night; we were told it was a 45 min wait for a table, and were seated in the waiting area. I think they thought we had left because we ended up waiting 1.5h, and several tables seated before us. When we were finally sat, service was better but took a while to be seen.nnIts a shame we had this experience because the wine and food were both really great. If you catch them outside of the rush, i definitely think its worth a try.
One of my usual haunts, I take everyone I love there so we can share a great meal and leave satisfied! Yes the wait can be long for dinner time but I think it’s extremely worth it. The food is fresh and delicious and the staff is amazing.
This place… amazing!nThe selection of wines was great, not much by the glass but very cool and funky bottles available. It was super busy when we got there but we managed to get a glass of wine while we waited and the time flew by. Once seated our server was amazing, super friendly, open to let us try out French and with great suggestions. Everything was delicious but the service is what made this experience a 10/10.nThe cacio and pepe was really good but the white bolognese was the star of the night for us! Delicious olives and focaccia as well!nnSuper cute, vibey place, i would go weekly if I lived in Montreal.
This is a great place to eat Italian food and try amazing drinks. I recommend you to make a reservation as it is usually pretty busy and the waiting time can get up to 2 hours on the weekend. For food we tried the pappardelle, the pork escalope, the spritz, and the ciao ciao fizz with gin. Unfortunately it started to rain and we were sitting outside, so we couldn't stay for dessert. We'll be back for sure.
Did not enjoy the food as much as I did last time I ate here. The menu is also hard to understand without help. The bread was delicious but I found the Cesar salad too salty for my liking. The mushroom pasta was also on the salty side. I enjoyed the mussels pasta but was a bit spicy. The pesto pasta they used to serve was no longer on the menu and I was disappointed. The inside gets really noisy and the patio was nice but also a bit noisy
