Cmon. It’s a small store, they’re quite keen on keeping customers happy, and I find the staff to be doing the best they can. I live out of town 120km away and they’ve bent over backwards to try and keep my support. I cannot stress enough about how kind and hard working the staff is. I don’t think I’ve ever had a good customer service experience here. I called a couple months ago looking for cowboy boots w/ steel toes and the guy honestly told me he didn’t know what they were, I asked him to ask a coworker.. he said he did and they didn’t know what cowboy boots were either. They do carry them, btw.

It's hard to support local when they don't honour their exchange policy. I used to buy all my clothing here for work but I won't be anymore. I bought a fr rated coat two weeks ago and on the first day at site the coat pocket ripped. I brought it back when I got back home and I was brushed off by a abrasive who I assume was store manager or owner and told that I caused the damage and that they wouldn't exchange the coat. The coat ripped at the seam. It clearly was a defect. I have shopped here for many years but this experience has done it for me. I don't like that competitors have a better return/exchange policy. It's really to bad because the prices and selection are pretty good. I can't recommend this store anymore do to the lack of being able to exchange a defective piece of clothing. I will try reaching out to the manufacturer directly and see if they will be able to help me out.

As much as I want to support a local store, I cannot say much on the positive side for this place. Prices are good and they have a decent selection and that's about it. I went in to purchase a pair of work pants and had the worst customer service experience of my life. Told the lady my size as she wanted to grab them to make it easier. Rang me through and when I went to put them on the next day I realized they were not the right size I asked for. Naturally I went back to exchange them for the right size and was told "They aren't in original condition" because there was a HAIR on them and they couldn't do anything about it. Used to be a regular but after such poor treatment I will never be back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Went in to buy 3000$ of fire rated work clothes for my firefighters 10 min before closing. Was rudely notified that the till closes at 530pm and if I couldn't get the clothes rung through the till by 530 they wouldn't want my business as the staff doesn't get paid past 530pm closing time. This is the 3rd issue I've had with this location after spending 25k there this summer for my crews. Better off to stick with Mark's Work Warehouse seriously

Ridiculous exchange policy. Brought a gift, brought home, discovered belt was wrong size- compared to length of existing belt all tags on item as purchased from store with receipt went back to exchange for other size 2 days later and was told this was final sale. What if another belt was wanted? What if they didn’t like it? But nope! Final sale was the answer by very abrasive sales person. Why! No reason provided, was told it was policy. Lots of places to buy belts in this town Rivers!

Staff will always go out of their way to make sure you are helped. Good selection of Carhartt gear at competitive prices. Unique selection of art for sale as well.

The manager is very unprofessional and rude and refused to take back an item I bought there. She walked away when I was talking to her and went back in her office and shut the door. About half an hour later I called her to apologize for my behaviour and told her that obviously she didn’t honour the agreement that was on the receipt that I had and she just kept complaining that she would have to replace the battery which would be 60 bucks. If she took the heated vest back and charge me $60 less I would’ve excepted that so she could replace the battery but she absolutely refused to listen to me. The staff are friendly and kind but they are working for somebody who is extremely unprofessional I hope they all get a job somewhere else and get better pay and better managers.
