The best customer service experience I’ve had in a clothing store. Had a smell issue with a jacket, got a full refund and called customer service who let me order it at the same reduced price with free shipping to my home. The new one smelled too so brought it back to the store where they kept the old one which meanwhile the smell wore off. They are so nice, helpful and their affordable garments look and feel great so check them out if you can.
