I don’t even feel like shopping in this store. You just get bombarded with associates who constantly ask you if you want help or are you finding everything alright. It is enough when one person asks me. Just leave me alone when i’m shopping. Good customer service isn’t always bugging the customers.
Good service and decent sales. But I was disappointed by the lack of zip up style GAP brand hoodies. Essentially all of their selection were the pullover style.
I love the store. The staff is super awesome. I feel so welcomes every time I visit them. The product availability is also great
The lady at this location named Kerry, has got to be the BEST!! Soooo helpful, very personable and was just a delight to speak too, she really helped us just before Christmas!!! Thank you Kerry. Keep up the good work!!! Will be back to deal only with you: can't wait to buy more!! Lovely store
Was cool, had good prices on sale items.
Pricing at till didn't match display. Probably happens a lot. Watch out for it. They then messed up the discount and had to return some money. Kind of took away from the experience. Decent prices on some items.
I am so disappointed about the sales associates at the Aberdeen mall, Kamloops store. Their attitude towards customers are so ridiculous. They were checking up on us like we were about to steal, even without asking whether we need help to find something. Worst customer service ever!!!
Too much noise no clothes that suits my taste. For younger people and while im not against having stores cater to different age groups and lifestyles it should be better designated as such
My boyfriend and I were in there today and the male associate behind the counter was a bit strange...He rang us through and had zero personality and then after asked my boyfriend for his e-mail which he didn't feel like giving them as we don't shop there often and the assiciate says to him "don't be scared next time" as he hands us our bag..it was just a weird tacky thing to say and left us feeling awkward.
