This place is solid location for all things fun! The room I have Is extremely large and comfortable. I'm huge on water pressure and they do not fall short on that as well as the warmth of the water. The tv Is mediocre at best, could be larger for such a large room but having one is still better. Great place to attend if you have children, especially during the colder times for better deals, although it is really packed it is kept in order.

We love this place! This is great for the kids.  Staff is friendly and helpful.  This is our second visit so we like to bring food to eliminate going out to eat each meal.  The rooms have a mini fridge and a microwave.  We bring our own coffee pot but you can always buy coffee there.  We have never had a bad experience so I don't know why there are low reviews.

One of the reasons that may encourage you to go to a water park in winter is good deals. This resort also had a good deal. But there are also reasons for this! It is really small! It has only 4 slides indoor. If you go there at crowded times, you have to wait in lines for long time. Other than that it was really cold outside but also inside! We expected much warmer environment inside. They charge you 10 dollars for a 1x1x1 foot locker which barely can hold on person's winter clothes. Hotel rooms were neat and clean and warm. There was a problem with keys. None of our first 2 keys opened the doors and after replacing both of them with another ones, only one of them worked. Overall it was good for its price.

Room service was okay, they didn't bring what we have asked them to bring. they said to give them ten minutes and they still hadn't came by the time we left. Water park was amazing. WE stayed at Hotel Rome and it was very clean, when we got bored we just went to either the water park, or If it was past 10 then we went to the arcade downstairs. The theme park was pretty fun. the rides were for kids but I enjoyed the swings, bumper cars, and balloon ride. Employees were bossy but other then that it was a great experience

You have to know what you are getting.  It's lower quality for a lower price.  Good for a family with small kids.  On our most resent stay it was all you can eat, all you can drink.  It's only certain hours, so it wasn't open at all during the times we were there.  It was closed when we checked in and didn't open until after we checked out.
