I've called for inquiries and have gotten amazing and solid Customer service assistance from Niko. As someone completely new to boxing he gave me good feedback about my Bag Glove choice. Due to my own decision I ultimately went a size down which led me to exchange them a process that was also greatly explained. For the time I had the Gloves Rival RB80 Impulse Bag Gloves they felt well made and looked great. Niko again I'd like to thank you for your help. Thanks for having the same level of professionalism each time we've talked. I'll definitely purchase more items in the future.
Ordered a double end bag that came with a pump. When it arrived no pump had come with it. I called and told them about it . The employee seemed annoyed to have to speak english judging by the audible sigh and went on to tell me the pump doesn't really work it is just added as an aesthetic. He tried to talk me out of it but i would like to get what I paid for. Weird your employees telling customers you sell products that do not actually work. Really disapointed i have used your oroducts for along time and this experience was not a good one.

Mahdy & his colleague were pleasant, provided great customer service from start to end; while also assisting me with some good product recommendations. Keep up the good work & thank you Mahdy.
Rival’s online shopping is unrivalled. My orders were delivered promptly, exactly as shown and of superior quality. The hand wraps are perfect too, what you would expect from Russ Anber and Company. My son and his 2yr old daughter mouth piece loved everything. Very happy.
