Didn’t find what we needed or wanted but a very helpful technician gifted us with a pair of gloves that will do the dirty work of fixing our bike which he was also using and said ‘it’s Christmas, like a Christmas gift, you know?’ That made our day! I think his name was Calisto if I did not recall correctly. service from him!

Prices are high, but theres a vast possibilities of choices for many articles, so you have the choices withtin their price range. Some MEC products are pretty high price for the quality, look out.

Great store with lots of great gear. However, you need more staff. The staff on the floor was great and super helpful but there was only one person on each floor, way to little. Long lines at the checkout too.

Terrible customer service. Ordered a bike part online, they offered 3 day shipping, I have been waiting over 1 month now lol. I have already ordered and received the item elsewhere. MEC's response, tough luck, it's my problem now. Done shopping here.

Antoine helped me find the perfect hiking boots for almost an hour. He had no problem getting many different styles and sizes of boots for me to try on. He also advised me to take a run in my neighbourhood and then come home and try on the boots so I could see if they still fit when my feet are swollen from exercise. He was very professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you Antoine!
