Store is great . They have great stuff. However service in shoe area requires more than one clerk at 11 am on a Saturday morning. Again love the store, however staff more people in that part of the store. 3 stars because that area is definitely understaffed.

Shoe guy was okay but otherwise ignorant staffing. I only purchased my shoes there as there was literally no where else I could get them. Will never be going to this location again and it's put a stain on my impression of MEC as a company.

My Ghost mountain bike developed a persistent bottom bracket issue. Thanks to the MEC warranty and excellent, tireless work of the head mechanic, Florent, the issue was fixed. Thank you again for the awesome customer service!
