Nike Factory Store

Store is not bad. But the administration needs to change the attitude. December, -11 outside, no covid restrictions any more. And Nike is THE ONLY STORE on the whole huge shopping area who keeps customers lined up OUTSIDE waiting to enter for 15+ minutes. Are you kidding me? Above that, if you expect an even exchange between the number of people exiting the store and entering it instead - forget about it. 12 people walk out - 2 is allowed in. Are you serious?! So if you want to come and shop here - take a winter tent with you cause it might get rough! Please enjoy a one star review.

Very bad customer service and goods, I bought shose $100 + Tax, and used it just 3 months, and then both sides have defective from the same side, don't waste your money in this store.

A great shop with great products, prices and choices. Although most of us are there for the sneakers, only half the store is for them. As always, planned ahead, bring some snacks for the queue waiting. Good staff. Depending on seasons and days, store can be filled and really filled with promotions for kids, adults, girls as boys. A must-go for bargain and style lovers.

It was quite clean, had some good options. Those who worked on the floor were very helpful when I had needed assistance. The cashier was helpful, as well, and was doing well in his job, and didn't make it feel monotonous.

You can always find a good deal... unless there's a line up to get in then I don't go

Great store, but in a Post Covid context there were lines of people waiting to get in. The management can do better.

This store has some good finds sometimes, but you need to visit about every month or so to get lucky. They carry some Jordan and Lebron numbered series. The staff is friendly and helpful, but are not always aware of all the sales and discounts. Just make sure you check your bill to make sure you got the most bang for your bucks.

I used to love that store but it's not the Nike i knew.. They don't have anything except shoes which are at a good discount but beware of the labeling. They sell carnival clothes and most other items are expensive and are for a special niche runners/crossfit, etc.. My biggest problem is the line and wait time.. For what? I understand the restrictions but it's the only store i know with a massive line. The more you make people wait, the more they will buy when they get in. They should've created temporary schedules. Loosing hours for a clothing item is not a shopping experience. The only star goes to the employees. Never had an issue with them.

Kind of a big store but racks are all holding the same clothes. A fiew racks in additionnal special but still... u go around and u feel likw youve seen the clothes elsewhere in the store. Pricea are ok. Shoes are the thing there. A full wall of clearance with more special prices. Employees are helpful and in shape!!
