Although Kanuk jackets seem to have a unique style and size, they seem well-made and able to withstand Canada's harsh winters. If you don't believe, just try the cold room!

One of the worst online purchase experience I've ever had... I ordered a piece of clothes and paid extra for fast delivery and didn not even receive it at my place and had to drive 30min to pick it up in a canada post office... This is crazy

Easiest 5 stars : Everyone is sooo nice and engaging. Staff answered all our questions, explained how to care for parkas and we tried everything in their 'cryo' chamber with - 15C temperature. Shop is open till late and is well stocked with sizes and colours... Bring on the winter!!

Just bought a Kiruna at Bubbles . The étiquete said -25 which has been confirmed by the sales ladies . Trusting them and trusting Kanuk I bought this 825 cad coat . Guess what ! I go home wear it and cross the street to wait for the bus . today it -9 feels like -13 . I wait 5 minutes and have to run home wear back by NOBIs because I was SUPER cold . And i am wearing Uniqlo heat tech underneath . -25 is a lie . The information given to the consumer is completely misleading . At this price level , I am sorry it can be called theft . Also , as a coïncidence i overheard 2 ladies talking at a sport experts and exchanging info about some kanak products with the same argument . lying to the customer is a crime .

Unfortunately modern Kanuk coats DO NOT LAST. The material they are using for the outside of their winter jackets is extremely poor quality and fall starts to fall apart after 2 years of normal winter use. The fabric is torn on the seams on the sleeves where your arms touch your body and also around the cuffs. I see other reviews stating the same thing and have 3 friends with the same coat and they all show similar signs of premature wear. I was told by a manager at the store that the jacket can be fixed by sewers, however they are on vacation right now. Any person who understands sewing will see right away that this jacket cannot be saved, the material is in such bad shape after 2 winters… and needs to be replaced. “Our products are made to last and we guarantee each and every one of them. The KANUK lifetime warranty covers any manufacturing or material defects. […] If a product has a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it, at our discretion, free of charge. You can count on KANUK.” I would love for Kanuk to stand behind their guarantee and replace my jacket.

It’s the second time we buy a winter coat for one of our kids there and we have been perfectly attended. We found exactly what we needed and our daughter loves her new coat. Joey was extremely helpful.

I came for an exchange and not only the in-store experience was very positive, they took the initiative to reimburse the price difference as the coat was marked down. My purchase CC wasn’t active anymore and they accommodated quickly to send me a e-transfer. Quick and helpful service+follow up.
