I chose Ritchie Mill for my practice because of the absolutely gorgeous architecture. Over the 3+ years that we have been here we have had the privilege of being in a gorgeous original brick office, and then moved up to a larger suite on the third floor that boasts beautiful original wood beams throughout. This is a very unique space and the location and parking are always appreciated by my patients. If you are looking for a unique space to set up shop then definitely come check this place out!
The Mill is being renovated daily, lot's of things happening, great place to work out of, Telus Fibre is now at the building, tons of free parking and 2 hour street/drop off for clients which is almost always open and never full
The Ritchie Mill is not only one of the most iconic buildings in Edmonton, its prime location overlooking the River Valley makes it the best place to have your business location or a meeting/event. The recent renovations have turned it into a stunning, unique professional building - that also has ample parking. The owner and management team are simply amazing to work with - you won't ever be disappointed in having your business or meeting here!
The building is really cool. It use to be a saw mill and you can see the character of this everywhere. Old massive beams that are displayed everywhere are a fantastic feature. The basement has a great river rock set of walls the lead to what looks like a massive fire place.
We had a meeting here and it was a pleasant surprise. This was an old mill that was restored. It is a great location for meetings. There is a restaurant close by and the option to have refreshments, snacks after your meeting on site is also available. The meeting that we conducted had 30 participants and they were able to sit comfortably.
Fantastic building, ownership, and management. To be part of a historic Edmonton landmark is a privilege. Brand new amenities, multiple levels of updated office space, cutting edge systems, and friendly staff!
Absolutely the worse company for ethics on availability. A business partner of ours, a well respected local south Edmonton cleaning company, were in need of a meeting room for staff PR and safety meeting. The room was required on a day within with the week of October 21 2019 with an initial enquiry request for October 23. When making contact today with the property manager they were told that there were no rooms available. ... " Unfortunately, I do not have any available meeting rooms at this time. Sorry about that! ..." There was no alternative date or time suggested. I then sent them an email meeting room request and was surprised to see that a meeting room was available to me within the same week. How strange this is as when I made the enquiry I received a reply "How many people are you going to have present? and are you needing a tv, projector, etc? -- , Property Manager..." . Now why is this available to me and not our business partner?! It is quite clear that they do not wish to have certain 'type' of business entities within their building. DECEMBER 4 2019 Thank you for replying two weeks later! However, your response is not valid and untrue. I cannot see how within 8 minutes that a room became available to me. It is totally apparent even by the tone and manner in which your property manager wrote back to me and how she responded to the cleaning company. Yes, thank you we found as have several other start up companies that I know, a very suitable location downtown on Jasper and at a cheaper hourly rate was found. With great receptionists, coffee, tea and fantastic views of downtown.
Cool venue for offsite meetings. Accommodating staff and good parking for the location. Signage within the building could be better as it is easy to get lost looking for your room, but overall great venue.
I truly am proud to be a tenant of Ritchie Mill. The space is absolutely spectacular and it is a true reflection of the owners' designs and creativity in transforming this building into something special. A must see!
