Ice quality is decent but not the best. Availability is good too. Change rooms are what you would expect of a highly used hockey facility, but less than you would hope. The folks running beginner hockey programs at Rinx are fantastic though, that would be 5 star
No parking, no room to move inside, viewing area heaters were not on. Negative experience, glad I don't need to go there often.
Not that much helpful staff. During inquiries they tend to pass me from one person to another. Quite upsetting expect more and better customer service since this place is new. They ask me to go through online than ask them in person. !!
Pretty good facility. Easy to navigate, decent sized change rooms. Ice quality was very poor though. We played on rink 4 and calling it pond ice would be disrespectful to nature's beauty.
Just an awful rink. Smelled like sewage. No place for fans to sit and the ice is awful. Just a terrible place. Oh by the way the parking is worse. Avoid if you can. Brutal, brutal, brutal facility. I hate the place more everytime I am forced to go.
Great place to host a party for kids and adults. Our first experience was great, my son was invited to a birthday and had an amazing time. He loved the laser tag, bowling and the games room. He loved it so much that we have booked his birthday party there. The prices are reasonable and the location is central so convenient for everyone. We would definitely recommend Rinx!
Love it...played lazertag and dodgem lacrosse great value
We entered the facility with NOBODY at the front to monitor COVID protocols. The ice quality was terrible... I watched kids play before us with two four to six inch holes in the ice just above the crease. Someone could've got seriously injured. They finally moved them to Rink 4 and moved our game to that same pad. After our flood the water left on the surface was VERY visible and behind one net it was still wet by the end of the game . I would not recommend Minor hockey organizations to use this facility.
It was a great experience. My kids birthday party was a blast. He had a lot of fun. Even my corporate party went really well. The coordinator did a great job with assisting us. It would be a great place for anyone to go and have a great time. There have many activities.
First time here. Brought the kids from our club as part of the our March Break Camp. I founded the staff very friendly and accommodating. When one of the games was not working properly they immediately had our kids to another game. As well, one kid had allergies to gluten, so they made pizza especially for him. The kids were very happy in the end, and could not stop talking about it, and that’s what matters.
