I asked about an undersink replacement for one I had cracked and received great help over the phone and in store. It is much appreciated and I am grateful for the help.

Unfortunately, did not a have a pleasant experience today. Went to return a piece of plumbing I didn't need because it didn't fit and I received attitude. Seriously, just take the return instead of complaining and suggesting I keep the part. I went to RONA and got much better service. Small places like these need to check their attitude. Customer service keeps local businesses alive. I hate to say it, but the American Giant Home Depot figured that one out.

A great store to go to if your looking for nuts and bolts and also screws that are available by the pound. I received great service from the sales team. Staff were all very friendly and helpful.

The challenge was to provide a very large window in keeping with the style of our 60 year old cottage. Rideau Home Harware delivered just that and we are very happy. Bruce Sandor was the installer, and it was a pleasure to watch him work. Bruce is a talented craftsman whose millwork, attention to detail and patience took this job to next level.
