When you watch a movie with a small town hardware store, and there's a little bit of everything, and many years of experience behind the advice, no need to think 'Wouldnt THAT be nice... ' Just go to Rideau Home Hardware. You won't stand there in a massive aisle wondering if anyone works there . You'll be greeted on the way in, treated with respect and cheerfulness while you're there, if you need something from the yard the lads will go above and beyond with a smile, and the gent at the gate will bid you a cheerful farewell. Its all the best things about a big lumber yard in a small town package. Any town ive lived in, the local Home Hardware Building Centre has had that vibe.. im very grateful to have one here in Smiths Falls.

The service was wonderful. A staff member came to me to see if I needed help. I didn't have to look for someone to help me. She was knowledgeable and pleasant. Wish I'd got her name

Called other stores looking for help on a wood stove. This store was very happy to help. Great customer service. Great communication. And they figured it out and loaded it In my truck !

Great selection of products.nI didn't need much but it was a big store with lots if isles of products for the home and yard. Friendly and helpful staff.

I will NEVER shop there again. The female elderly short hair cashere arguing with me ...the customer. Next time someone complains to you,shut your mouth and listen. Stop adding fuel to the fire. ALSO always issues with stock.Bye I'll shop at Rona, the home Depot or Brockville Home Hardware.
