Very poor experience with my wife's birthday cake/ bakery. We ask for a half slab, half white cake and half chocolate with icing to match each half. We get a quarter slab, all white cake/icing with no chocolate, and because my phone number was not local, they at first claimed to have called us about it which they didn't and then said no because they could not read the number given written by their staff on the order slip. We were charged full price, $40 + tax, for a quarter slab cake that they totally messed up on.

They have the Dutch sprinkles! We have been hunting for ages and finally a grocery stores has them. They lose a star though for having only three self checkouts and having items in strange areas layout wise. Thank you for carrying Dutch and German products!!

My own experience, is awesome, the staff are really good, I joke with one staff member, Lorraine, makes my day every time, she's amazing and very friendly and outgoing, if I can't find anything I will ask her , thanks for helping me Lorraine, keep up the good work you do Lorraine, thanks

My first time to visit this grocery store in Smith Falls, most on my list are here. They have lots of varieties for food both wet and dry but prices are steep compared to other local stores. The place is tidy and easy to find what I need. Staffs are nice too.

Usually super great selection, some employees really need to be fired though. Cathy treated me like a criminal and held me and my screaming baby up 5 minutes after using the self check out because I didn’t scan my items the way she liked- not to mention hovered over me as I made my purchase. After she interrogated my reciept and touched everything in my cart, of course, I was free to go and everything that was in my cart was paid for. As expected. Just ridiculous.
