the staff are always welcoming and friendly. Tiffany and Dylan are top notch. Big ol' beard is nice and friendly. The Pharmacy is great and 20 minutes wait for prescriptions is simple. The music and the entire vibe is chill.

I used the pharmacy here. It was the first time at this place. I needed to transfer medication from one store to another. It was done with some complications. I can't really blame pharmacy assistant for not understanding the online app. But she seemed a little bothered that I kept asking questions to try and get it set up.nOtherwise they are fast and friendly.

Just out from heart surgery. Going to stay in Smith falls with family. My Shoppers is in Arnprior. The staff and pharmacist here made great efforts to get my insurances registered and provide all my meds I need to heal in a timely fashion. Thank again for your help Smith Falls Shoppers Drug Mart.

I called to get a tick medication for my son. When talking with the pharmacist he was very rude. Said I was making up stories about my son’s tick bite and said I was just trying to get a prescription. Sorry I don’t want my son to get lime disease. Now I have to go through my doctor to get a prescription. He was very rude and should be nicer to people on the phone. This makes me want to take my business elsewhere in town. Do better shoppers.

I went on this past Friday Aug 15 and I needed a colour matched foundation. Unfortunately this Shoppers doesn’t have testers but the girl working, just put the bottles up to my face. She said the #115 FitMe was the closest and when I tell you it was spot on, it was spot on!nnNow that’s talent in my eyes, being to colour match a foundation by just looking through the bottle comparing it to the persons skin and not apply it to the skin at all.nnI wish for the life of me I could remember her name I’m sorry but i definitely recommend at least the beauty area in this Shoppers! 12/10
