Shoppers Drug Mart

I am writing this while I've been on hold to speak to a pharmacist for the past 30+ minutes. I have received different information from pharmacy staff about my prescription and booking an appointment and have had to come back 3x in one week to be told each time that they do not have time to help me. I am getting frustrated with the confusing service and lack of attention when my request is time sensitive. Hoping to be off of hold any time now...

Even I would like to give 0 zero rating about photo shop in drug mart, my wife went there twice for pr renewal photo and quality of photo is very poor and it’s not acceptable. Please don’t waste ur money

Very poor service. I was getting help from a lady and then I was put on hold and a man picked up the phone saying that my problem wasn't urgent so I wouldn't receive any help. When I said I was fine with waiting until they were less busy he just said he was the owner and that my problem wasn't urgent. I don't believe being the owner of a pharmacy gives you the right to refuse service to someone who is happy to wait until you are less busy. That was quite rude.

I exclusively patronize Shoppers for my cologne purchases due to their generally reasonable pricing and occasional advantageous sales.

Had to see the pharmacist there on May 5th because I had a tick bite. I didn't get his name but he was great. Awesome and quick service. Would definitely recommend this pharmacy! I was just visiting in the area.
