Shoppers Drug Mart

Called the manager to discuss an issue and was accused of being a different customer with a similar issue. Probably my friend and former colleague, because we both have a problem with the same darn product! the rca tv, which she un-boxed and warned me not to. I bought her's and mine in Kingston. Her's doesn't stand on the feet properly, they told her she couldn't return it because it was unboxed even though it was damaged. They also don't take items back that were purchased at different Shoppers locations, I've never had this issue with Walmart, Canadian Tire or Rexall. They provided the information but not without drilling me about her first, accusing me of being her, which is ridiculous, as I'm almost half her age! I just came to this area this week and I'm not impressed. I came to this location once before while I was in town looking for apartments. They acted strange then as well, I figured it was a fluke, the younger kids working the till were ok but the older staff seemed to act a bit strange. I think I"ll stick with Rexall in the future.

This is the best pharmacy around. I have never been treated this well nor have I ever dealt with better staff. Thank You very much!
