Our first time to a Carl's Jr and we were quite happy. We went in thinking it was a budget burger place from the US. Surprised to find this wasn't the case and prices were considerably higher than expected. That being said, our burgers were excellent and felt they were made with more care than your average fast food place. The fries were perfectly crispy and very well seasoned. The customer service was mixed. The lady behind the counter was excellent and patient with us having to check our the menu and able to easily answer any of our questions. Another staff member doing stuff on the floor seemed to be oblivious to the fact that customers existed. Overall great experience and I'm sure we will be back.
Went there for lunch. The service was slow. There was no other orders and waited way to long for food. The Burgers were COLD, and Do Not give me a excuse that the lettuce or tomatoes made it cold BECAUSE you had NO tomatoes. Should have left the place when they door sign says NO tomatoes. THE burger was taken from a warming tray which was to cold ? Poor excuse for food and NOT worth the wait or the Price NOT when there is a A&W next door and a Fat Burger or Costco. What's even worse is NO ONE cares, store staff did not care and regional did not reply. maybe the Health Board needs a phone call, They take food temperature and handling seriously.

I waited over 5 minites to place an order at the drive-thru. Then I waited another 15 minutes to get my food. I thought the idea of drive-thru meant it would be faster then going to a sit diwn restaraunt. My mistake I won't be backFood: 3/5
Had an awesome supper with my kid, milkshakes, burgers, jalapeno poppers, everything was great and the ladies working were soo friendly. Thank you. Our first time, we will be back :
Good food and seems fresh. Their patties are bigger than the bread so that's already a plus. Staff was nice as well
$40 for dinner for two and half of it went to waste. Incredibly salty. Burgers were floppy, flat and soggy. Poutine looked like someone threw it around before serving it, gravy was all over the outside of the container. Best part of this meal was that it didn't come with paper straws.
Carl's Jr remains one of my favorite fast food places for burgers. It was a flavourful burger and the different burgers have different tastes. They make what might be the best chicken tenders ina fast food location. The jalapeno poppers are my favorite side and Carl's Jr does it best.
Food was good wait was really long gave us a free cookie for the wait and apologized. Really good customer service.Food: 4/5
Great place if I make a suggestion maybe not so much sauce on the number 1 other than that Great foodFood: 4/5
