We ended up here by chance, but it was a pleasant surprise. The shop is bright and clean and the burgers were very good. We got a regular fry to split and it turned out to be huge and very tasty. We did not leave hungry. We were both glad we did not order more food as the regular portions are more than enough to share. We'll definitely go back and try more of their menu, now that we know about this place.
Fresh, homemade fries, delicious burgers with your choice of toppings all made fresh to order. It's great! The milkshakes are awesome too! Just make sure to bring your appetite! Kid friendly options as well. Kid-friendliness: All the food is kid friendly burgers, fries, hot dogs and they do make kid meals.
Stopped by Five Guys Red Deer for some take-out burgers, fries & milkshakes today. The milkshake was decent but honestly, the food fell short in a big way. Our burgers were sloppy with soggy buns & looked unappetizing as soon as we opened them. We ordered 3 regular fries & the lady just dumped a massive amount of fries into a big paper bag. Now I have enough fries to last my family a week. And expensive to boot! For $53 dollars, we were very disappointed. Wont be going back there.
A great burger for sure every time. Bag full of fries and a large cherry coke! What's not to like! Always get friendly service and the prices are decent given the current market.Food: 5/5
It takes a moment to make the food,but good things come to those who wait. I work nearly and often stop in for lunch. Theor burgers are to die for but they also got me eating hotdogs again too with their bacon cheddar dog. They butterfly it and add the cheese and bacon in the middle. Even if you're feeling more vegetarian their grilled veggie sandwich is as satisfying. A regular stop for me.
Great food and milkshakes... I had a vanilla milkshake infused with strawberries and topped with whipped cream, fries and a bacon cheeseburger topped with ketchup, mustard, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, fried onions and mushrooms.
I think this is the real American style of hamburger. As I am a newcomer in Canada, less than a year yet, I haven’t many experience having hamburgers. However, I do introduce this fast food restaurant my friends when they visit to Canada!!
My only complaint with Five Guys is the bun. The burger always falls apart due to poor bun integrity, the meat is very tasty though.Food: 4/5
I've had Five Guys before but something has changed for the better since my last visit. The beef smells and tastes superb, just like you expect in Alberta well impressed and I will make Five Guys a more regular option for treat night meals
Everyone's been raving bout these guys for awhile now, so I had to try them as I love me a good burger. They did NOT disappoint!! Incredibly juicy, flavorful & fresh patties, not to mention big & they don't skimp on the cheese. Yes they are expensive for a burger joint, but that's because their portions are huge & they are delicious! Oh & their fries? Incredible & I definitely recommend the cajun seasoning. I ordered delivery & got a burger & SMALL fries...they gave me a small container of fries...& stuffed the bag around the container with 3 times more fries. The milkshake was very good as well, but not quite as amazing as the food. Will definitely be back!
