I work with my physiotherapist Aly MacLean at Richmond physiotherapy and she’s just the best physiotherapist I’ve ever had. She is very knowledgable and caring while helping me recover from my knee injury; both before and then after my surgery to my meniscus. I would recommend her highly to anybody seeking help in recover from an injury. The reception team here is also very friendly and welcoming and organized in helping you.
Very professional friendly staff . After my physio session they sent me a link to a exercise stretch program geared especially for my problematic area.
Monique is such a knowledgeable and wonderful physiotherapist. I’m so glad I stumbled upon this place when looking for help with my vertigo! She was able to quickly diagnose what the problem was and helped me so much. She was lovely to talk to and full of great advice and personal experience as well.
Conveniently placed in the community for its access and availability for appointment booking Richmond Physiotherapy provides a great service for sports injury rehabilitation. It has an agreement with the Alberta Health Service, so the first 4 sessions are covered by AHS.
I’ve been going to see Aly and Monique for the last year and love them both. They’re so helpful, informative and explain the reasoning for any pain or uncomfortable feeling I’m having with all of my injuries. Highly recommend
Received a 60 minute massage from Bill yesterday. Felt so much better after the massage. He really helped to reduce my tightness in my shoulders and arms. Bill is an experienced and knowledgeable massage therapist. I would definitely recommend Bill and this wonderful clinic to others!
I have been seeing Monique now for about 3 weeks due to a work related injury. I have to say I'm very impressed not only does she care but seems willing to go the extra mile. The ladies that work up front are also very friendly and helpful. If you ever need physiotherapy for any reason I highly recommend.
Monique is the best physiotherapist I have ever seen. She is kind, knowledgeable and very relatable. She is up to date with her information and has already helped me gain strength and flexibility. She is also always encouraging. I look forward to seeing her every time..... even when she makes me exercise please don’t hesitate to see her if you need a one-of-a-kind physio!
I had seven visits to Richmond physiotherapy following knee surgery, and it was a successful experience. Monique was extremely knowledgeable and capable. She was concerned and caring and made my time there definitely positive and healing. The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Great service here. I have been attending physio for the last year now to address a work related injury. I have nothing but kind words for all the staff. There is plenty of free parking available. Elevator is available for those requiring that level of accessibility. My physiotherapist has been fantastic. Highly knowledgeable with a practical approach. Two thumbs up from this guy!
