I made the appointment because hip pain severely reduced my movement. Jordan made the initial diagnosis and then discussed her diagnosis with Amy. From this discussion a program of exercises and a treatment strategy was proposed to alleviate the hip pain but also to address my posture (the underlying cause of the pain). Amy and Sabrina provided the treatment and ensured that I was performing the exercises properly. Their professional approach and their knowledge is very reassuring and their encouragement further motivated me to complete the daily exercises. The result of their expertise resulted in improved posture which eliminated the hip pain. They also recommended Pilates treatment with Kathleen. Kathleen is very knowledgeable about the anatomy and the required exercises to improve my posture. Kathleen's knowledge, her ability to communicate and her attention to detail has resulted in my having a greater understanding of how the exercises will help improve my posture. Mallory and Meghan are at the front desk. They are responsible for the positive impression that clients receive. They do this very well with their friendly and efficient manner. My entire experience has been gratifying.

Two weeks after having my second baby, I was experiencing significant pelvic floor issues which was affecting my ability to walk and function. I began to see Janine who was empathetic, understanding and knowledgeable! After her assessment and recommendations I began to see huge improvements. I continue to work with Janine and am hoping to be back to 'normal' soon.

I frequent Momentum Health in West Springs for all my chiropractic (Dr. Kent Stuber) and massage therapy (Sylvie Lappa RMT) needs. Dr. Stuber & Ms. Lappa are clearly leaders in their field and the treatment I receive is outstanding. Dr. Stuber has been my chiropractor for well over a decade and Sylvie Lappa has been treating my work-related upper body strain since early 2015. Even though I presently use Momentum Health for chiropractic and massage therapy, the clinic is well-run and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending this particular clinic for physiotherapy, naturopathic medicine, psychology, therapeutic yoga and any other professional services they offer.

Every visit is a great experience... All the team are great, from Jason and Jennifer to front staff. Everyone is super friendly, welcoming and pro active. Jason and Jennifer have helped me in my recovery, and worked in an efficient time frame to getting me back to normal again, always keeping positive and reassuring but honest throughout. Highly would recommend them and the clinic, love them personally and their expertise they bring to the job. Cannot thank them enough for the big job they had to work on both of my feet! Great team!
