I would like to share my recent experience in getting help for my father's immigration. Office staff was always very helpful. My phone calls were always responded in a timely manner. Once I visited his office without booking an appointment & staff greeted me, ask me to take seat & offered a glass of water. Person looking after my dad's file attended me in a timely manner. They responded to my query very quickly on phone & by e-mail. My impression is that all staff that I encountered at his office were truly dedicated staff. My special thanks to Ranaa.

This guy does not respect people and their time. He is an unsuccessful businessman rather than a people person. He pretends to care about you but has indeed little sympathy and will do little to help you. He is a good liar as you can also see in recent News : "Liberal MP apologizes for incorrectly calling himself an engineer"
