Bought a rev-a-shelf for a client at my cost $394 just found it on Amazon for less then $200. Good grief. “Specialty hardware is a thing of the past” easier and cheaper to buy it online.nOf course there items are un-returnable

A 20 year old cabinet door hinge failed and I sought a replacement.nnThe inside sales guy was amazingly helpful, even though they did not carry the original manufacturer hinges.nnHe pulled out multiple shop manuals and mock ups to identify the correct replacement hinge and fasteners based on the odd ball configuration.nnI left with 4 sets of their hinges installed easily. Great product with cam adjustable screws.nnAmazing customer service.

I ordered online, picked up hard to find hardware, a unique counter top. Beautiful showroom, steady customers, through customer service and great advice!

Lady at the front desk ignored us when we walked in and out- her desk is right by the door but she said nothing! The whole time we were there not one staff member offered to assist us or any of the other couple shoppers. Staff are not present to help. Products are massively outdated! The showroom looks huge from the outside but such a let down when you walk in. I can’t understand how businesses like this survive in Edmonton. Come on Edmontonian’s- let’s raise our standards!

Very poor customer service might be an overstatement. Non-existent is a better discription. I had to give up on going to the front because they are so hard to deal with. Now I order online, but the back staff are just as bad. The only bright side is I only have to deal with half the frustration!
