Worst location ever. This guy so rude. It's closing time. I understand he's following to push us out of the store. That's not a big deal. I asked him where the drywall tools are so I can make a quick grab and pay and he gives me a pretty sarcastic and rude toned answer. It's down aisle 20 where the drywall is. Well I don't come to this Home Depot and it's opposite end of the other ones I go to. So to me I was lost and wanted quick directions to make his job easier. I sent me snapped on him and he closes the till and doesn't allow me to pay. I wasn't in the right to snap on him but he was also not in the right to be so rude when I was trying to Make his job easier. Very disappointed. Now I don't have the gear I need for work first thing in the morning. So frustrated

It’s always been a generally solid and well put together Home Depot. The garden center in store is decent and during the summer the outside garden area is usually large with many options. Shopped here for many years, never had an issue finding what I need.

We went here today and we are going pay using our gift card but we don't have the physical card, only card numbers and pin. The person assisting in the counter did not want to accept or manually input the gift card number and she told us that they need the physical card. We were surprised because we have already used the same gift card twice before on this location. We ended paying the items upfront since we badly needed it. You need to impose a proper orientation for the staff and improve customer service as well.

I visit here often since it is close to my home in Chestermere. The staff have always been friendly and helpful and the store is well stocked. If you use the app, you can see if they have stock before you visit.
