The Home Depot

I used the rental service at this Marlborough location and was very disappointed. The van I was given was so very dirty, and made a loud sound all the way through my trip with it. The seats, the dash, the floor, the van even had broken tail lights and loads of scratches. I had made a video but my wife asked that I do not post it here.nnI have been using the Country Hills location and never had such an experience.nnStaff attitude to these my observations was very lackadaisical and nonchalant.

I don't get the oppertunity to sop here usually. It was tough to get help at the key cutting section due to short staff but the nice lady that helped me was very prompt to accommodate. I was pressed for time and she got me on my way pretty quickly with the 1 min cutting machine. Thank you so much Home Depot!

This 5 stars is for Walïd specifically. He was my hero of the day helping me. I had been to a couple other stores trying to find what I needed, and they all made me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing or not knowing what I needed. Walïd figured out exaxtly what I needed and didn’t make me feel stupid. Anytime you need help, just ask for him right off the bat. Thank you Walïd!!

Avoid this location if you can and make the drive to the McKenzie Towne Home Depot instead; the difference in quality and service is night and day. Home Depot Marlborough consistently fails to meet even basic expectations. [1]nEvery visit is a massive time sink. If you need help or a specialized service, expect to wait at least 30 minutes for an associate to show up. If you need something that requires a forklift, add another 30 minutes just for them to find a driver, followed by an agonizingly slow setup process. [1]nThe staff's favorite tactic is claiming an item is out of stock, even when the Home Depot online inventory shows plenty of units in a specific aisle. It feels less like a genuine error and more like laziness to avoid pulling down a pallet. They are first in poor customer service and first in disappointment. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

In this homedepot i always feel like i am in another world . No one is happy to help you their for your needs . Especially today i ask from one lady to help me with drywall that i need full piece but it doesn’t fit in my car so could you please call someone but they denied it and said you have to buy your own knife to cut it and then i told her to call manager. Manager came and said same thing . She is very rude towards us
