RONA

Not Happy with their delivery part . Bought some wood for our deck , requested them to give me a call before they deliver . Never received any call moreover they left all the stuff in back alley . I had to hire someone to move all the stuff. Very disappointed because I paid for the delivery.

Got to the Rona 5 minutes before close and they wouldn’t let me in! Staff was incredibly rude and dismissive even though I showed them that clearly I had arrived to the doors before the closing time posted. Would definitely recommend shopping at places that actually serve and prioritize their customers

Needed an obscure specialty tool today. Lucky for me Thomas at the pro desk found me the tool and let me demo it before leaving, felt confident I got the right tools for the job. Thanks Thomas! Also the lumber is the straightest in the city

Went to Rona was not busy. Had to get some stuff for work. I very rarely go there but when I do they do have very good prices on things. Either go there or I go to home depot. I try Canadian Tire because sometimes growing doesn't have everything but out of those three spots I have no trouble finding the stuff I need and all three spots are great places to Go to

Very helpful staff. Knowledgeable. I asked a plumbing question from the beautiful lady staff.But I wasn’t happy with her solution. I called right away to a plumbing expert. He said the same solution. I will shop more often from Rona.
